1. Services
Proposals/SOWs define scope, timelines, budgets. Ad spend separate or via client-owned accounts.
2. Payments
Advance + milestones; pause on non-payment.
3. Client duties
Access + approvals within agreed days; delays extend timelines.
4. IP
Deliverables licensed on full payment; methods/tools remain ours.
5. No guarantees
No promise of #1 rank or fixed ROAS due to third-party algorithms.
6. Liability & law
Cap = fees of last 3 months. 30-day termination. Jurisdiction: Faridabad/Haryana, India.
