Brightside Dental Clinic Sample case study
A good clinic, invisible two kilometres away.
Context
Brightside is a four-chair clinic in Sector 16 offering general dentistry, implants and aligners. Patients loved it; the reviews said so.
Most new patients lived within walking distance. The clinic wanted to be found by people in Sectors 15, 21 and NIT, a short drive away.
- What they wanted
- More calls from nearby sectors for implants and aligners.
- Constraints
- No budget for paid search
- Front desk of two people
- Website was a single page built by a relative
What we found
- The profile listed one category, “Dentist”. Implants, aligners and root canal treatment were nowhere on it.
- Of 212 reviews, 9 had a reply.
- The phone number on the website differed from the one on the Google profile.
- In a 20-point grid across nearby sectors, the clinic appeared in the local results at only 5 points.
The work
01
Profile housekeeping
Added secondary categories and services, fixed hours and phone numbers everywhere, uploaded real photos of the chairs and staff, and answered the questions patients were asking.
- Secondary categories and individual services added.
- One phone number, the same everywhere.
02
Service pages
Four pages (implants, aligners, root canal, children’s dentistry) with prices where the clinic was comfortable, the dentist’s name and a click-to-call button.
- Price range stated plainly.
- Calling is one tap on mobile.
03
A review habit
A two-line reply guide for the front desk and a ten-minute slot at close. The replies are specific and signed by name.
- Specific to the treatment, and signed by a person.

What we learned
Most of the gain came from the front desk replying to reviews every evening, not from anything we built.
